Training Update

Well. in all my infinite wisdom, I have signed up my 61 year old body and that of my 66 year old husband for TWO TRIATHLONS next year! Training will commence in earnest in February 2019 but until then, we aim to try and get ourselves off the settee and rid of the winter belly with a little bit of pre-training training. Watch this space!
